The mind is like an ocean – turbulent on the surface but still at its depths. With Transcendental Meditation (TM) you dive below the surface level of thoughts, settling the body and mind. It’s an easy but powerful technique to access inner calm, clarity and peace, which you can integrate into all aspects of life. And all this from your very first meditation.





In person or online, listen to a qualified teacher give an overview of what TM is, the benefits it offers and how you can learn it. The talks are free, without obligation and last 60 to 90 minutes.

Meet your teacher for a brief private conversation about your current state of health, previous experience etc. Here you’ll set the details of the course such as timings and the appropriate fee.

On the first day you’ll learn TM in a 1-on-1 session. Then three essential meetings take place over the next three days, usually in small groups. Each session lasts 1.5 – 2 hours.

Several meetings, both individual and group, are offered over the following six months. This allows for discussion of experiences and deepening of understanding of TM.
