Through them, the ability to experience very fine levels of thought more clearly is enhanced. This develops more refined perception which in turn intensifies our development of higher states of consciousness. As the conscious mind becomes more and more infused with pure consciousness, our thoughts and actions spontaneously become more ethical and effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are four Advanced Techniques available and a period of at least two months of regular practice should be allowed between learning each one. They are taught in Lucerne by specially trained teachers who visit the center and hold information sessions where the details of how to learn the Advanced Techniques and their benefits are explained.
